Return Policy

At Alice & Juliette Vancouver, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return a product. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth and fair process, the following conditions apply:

  • A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received your order.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • You may try on items to check the fit, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes or items with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@aliceandjuliettevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs that may apply.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and trace to avoid any issues during transit.

Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item arrives safely at the provided return address.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition has been approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages when the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
