Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

You may try on items to check the fit, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes or items with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Submit your return request by emailing info@aliceandjuliettevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and trace to avoid any issues during transit.
Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item arrives safely at the provided return address.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition has been approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages when the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
